A dental implant replaces a missing tooth's root, so a new tooth can be fixed in place without touching the teeth beside it. Every implant here is planned on a 3D scan taken in-house.

One tooth, several, or all of them
An implant is a small titanium post placed in the jawbone where a tooth root used to be. Over the following months the bone bonds to it, and it becomes a firm base for a crown, a bridge or a denture.
For a single missing tooth, one implant carries one crown, and the teeth on either side are left untouched, unlike a bridge, which needs them shaped for crowns. For several teeth, a few implants can carry a bridge. For a whole jaw, four to six implants can carry a full set of fixed teeth, or a denture that clips on.

Every implant plan here starts with a 3D CBCT scan, taken in-house through Shri CBCT Center, our sister concern. The scan shows the height, width and quality of the bone, and where the nerves and sinuses lie, so each implant can be placed where the bone is and the tooth needs it.
Two tiers, listed line by line
Implant treatment comes in a Standard and a Premium tier. Both are carefully planned; Premium adds digital scans of the teeth, a surgical guide and custom-milled parts. Each tier lists exactly what it includes, so two quotes, ours or anyone’s, can be compared line by line. Reduced fees are sometimes offered to senior citizens and low-income patients who need implants to eat properly again; ask when you book.

Smile in a Day replaces a whole arch of failing or missing teeth with fixed teeth on four to six implants. The implants and a fixed temporary set go in on the same day; the final teeth follow once the gums have settled.

Teeth in an hour
Teeth in an hour refers to the surgical visit, not the whole treatment. The implants are planned on your 3D scan beforehand and placed through a custom guide, so the visit itself is short. Planning comes first; final teeth come later.

Implant dentures
Implant dentures are removable dentures that click onto two to four implants, so they stay put when you eat and speak. You take them out to clean them and at night.

Bone grafting and sinus lift
When the jawbone is too thin or too short to hold an implant, a bone graft builds it up. In the upper back jaw, a sinus lift raises the floor of the sinus to make room for new bone.

Full mouth rehabilitation
Full mouth rehabilitation rebuilds the teeth of both jaws together, usually with a mix of crowns, root canals, implants and bite correction, planned as one sequence so the bite works as a whole.

Ask on WhatsAppHow long does an implant take from start to finish?
Placing an implant takes about 45 to 90 minutes. The implant then bonds with the bone, usually over 3 to 6 months, before the final tooth is fitted. Grafting, when needed, adds healing time. Your plan gives your timeline.
Does getting an implant hurt?
The area is numbed with local anaesthesia, so during placement you feel pressure rather than pain. Many people find the days afterwards easier than they expected; soreness is usually managed with ordinary painkillers.
Am I suitable for implants?
Most adults in reasonable health with enough bone are. Uncontrolled diabetes, heavy smoking, untreated gum disease and a jaw still growing in teenagers can delay or change the plan. The examination and 3D scan answer it for you.
Is titanium safe?
Titanium has been used for implants for decades because the bone bonds to it well and reactions are very rare.
What if I cannot have implants right now?
Bone grafting can often build up the bone first. Where implants are not suitable, bridges and dentures remain good options, and we explain them alongside.
